July 10-14, 2017 - For children going into Grades 1-6 (Ages 6-11)
Monday - Friday:  9:00 am -12:00 pm 
​Cost: $30 per child for the entire week

Family Showcase Celebration and Luncheon: 
Friday, July 14, 11:00 am-12:30 pm - All parents and siblings are invited to come and enjoy what the children have learned. Potluck lunch for fellowship. 

Camp and Potluck Location: CityLife Church, 225 Cleveland Ave. S. St. Paul, MN - Thank you CityLife for letting us use your space! 

Tentative Lesson Schedule: 

First Hour: 
  • Story and Song: Welcome and Gathering Time to think about beauty in the world: Nature Poetry
  • Scientific Artist Study: James Audubon and His Birds (learning local birds of Minnesota through art, each child will receive their own set of 5 high quality Audubon art prints)
  • Folk Song and Dance​
Second Hour
  • Composer Study and Biography: Training the ear to listen carefully to Music and learning the life of a composer
  • Snack time with Natural History Story: The Life of James Audubon
  • Solfege: Sight-Singing and Ear Training 
Third Hour
  • Nature Lesson
  • Nature Walk with Journaling and Dry-Brush Water Color and Observations
  • Drumming and Rhythm​
